Use a clear subject such as “Bug report,” “Rules correction,” “Accessibility,” “Privacy request,” or “Business enquiry.”
For a bug report
Include the device and browser, whether you were the host, the game phase, what you did, what happened, and what you expected. A short numbered reproduction is ideal. Do not send reconnect tokens or a live private room link.
For a content correction
Include the public page URL, the sentence or rule that appears wrong, and the behavior or source that supports the correction. Product-specific rules are checked against the game engine.
For a privacy request
Put “Privacy” in the subject. The Privacy Policy explains temporary room retention and browser storage. Because there are no player accounts and inactive rooms expire after two hours, we may not be able to connect a request to expired pseudonymous data.
