Privacy Policy
Mafia Night ("we", "us") is a free browser party game. This policy explains what information is processed when you use it. The short version: we don't want your data — the game is designed to need almost none.
Information we store
- No accounts. There is no registration, and we never ask for your email, phone number, or real name.
- Game data. The display name and avatar you choose, and in-game actions (roles, votes), are held in server memory only for the duration of your game and are automatically deleted shortly after the room becomes inactive. Nothing is written to a database.
- Local storage. Your browser stores your chosen display name, avatar, and a temporary session token on your own device so you can reconnect to a game in progress. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
We display advertising provided by Google AdSense to keep the game free. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Mafia Night is a social party game intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no persistent personal data, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete — game data disappears automatically, and locally stored preferences are under your control. If you have any privacy question or request (including under GDPR or CCPA), contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
