The service
Mafia Night is a free, browser-based social deduction party game. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Fair use
- Choose display names that aren't offensive, hateful, or impersonating others. Hosts can remove players from a room.
- Don't attempt to disrupt games, abuse the service, probe or overload the servers, or interfere with other players' use.
- Don't use automated clients or bots in public-facing games.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Game rooms are ephemeral: rooms and their data are deleted automatically after inactivity, and we may reset or interrupt games for maintenance at any time.
Intellectual property
The Mafia Night name, design, and software are our property. The underlying party game concept (commonly known as Mafia or Werewolf) is a traditional folk game. You may freely share links to the site.
Advertising
The service is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to manage consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service — which is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
