Acceptance and eligibility
By using Mafia Night, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to agree to online terms where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission.
The service
Mafia Night provides free browser-based rooms for the social deduction game commonly known as Mafia or Werewolf, plus original rules, role references, setup guidance, and troubleshooting information. No account is required. Game rooms are temporary and normally disappear after two hours without activity.
Fair and acceptable use
- Choose display names and avatars that do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or target another person.
- Do not attempt to disrupt rooms, overload the service, probe for unauthorized access, bypass protections, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use automated clients, bots, scraping, or bulk requests against live game endpoints without written permission.
- Do not upload, transmit, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Hosts may remove players from a room. This is a game control, not a formal moderation or appeals system.
Temporary rooms and availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Browser tabs close, networks drop, servers restart, and rooms expire. We may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, or product reasons. Do not use Mafia Night to store important information.
Game conduct
Deception about in-game roles is part of Mafia. Harassment, real-world threats, discrimination, doxxing, or attempts to access another player's device or private information are not. Groups are responsible for choosing age-appropriate house rules and maintaining a respectful environment.
Intellectual property
The Mafia Night software, visual design, original written guides, and Mafia Night branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying folk-game mechanics and common Mafia/Werewolf concepts are not claimed as exclusive property. You may link to public pages and print the role cards for personal, noncommercial game sessions. Republishing substantial portions of the guides or presenting the service as your own is not permitted without written permission.
Third-party services and advertising
The site relies on hosting and network providers and may use Google AdSense, including H5 Games Ads at natural post-game transitions after program approval. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Mafia Night is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or commercial publishers of other Mafia/Werewolf products.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mafia Night disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. Public guides are general game guidance, not legal, safety, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mafia Night and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, interrupted games, or conduct of other players. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to the free service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use it in the prior twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
